Domestic Shipping

Kharismastyles partners with major international shipping companies like USPS Priority Mail, DHL, FedEx . Kharismastyles will ship  within the U.S. only.

Free Shipping Methods for sales over $100:

Kharismastyles FREE Express delivery (Free shipping once your goods amount up to $100),  we will choose the best one for your order according to your shipping address and shipping charge. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses?

Sorry, at this time our shipping partners are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses so you will need to provide a street address.  If you provide a PO Box or APO/FPO military address, it will delay shipment of your items. My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help.  Before getting in contact with us, please try to check:

1. Tracking number.

2.  Check if you have an attempted delivery card from             one of our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting                   collection at a local Post Office or delivery depot,

    or you may need to arrange redelivery.

3. The driver may have left your parcel somewhere safe; such     as, your porch if it showed the parcel already   delivered on     website.  You also can check with your neighbors to see if       they have accepted the parcel for you.

If you still can't find your parcel, please email us at, subject as “After Sale” and quote your order number.  We'll reply within 1 business day and do our best to locate your parcel .  If it can't be found, we'll arrange a replacement order or refund for you.

What will the shipping company do if they cannot contact the receiver when the parcel arrive?

Most shipping companies will deliver the parcel for three times if they the consignee cannot be contacted.  They will return the parcel to the sender or leave the parcel at the warehouse which cannot be redelivered after the third time delivered.  Please make sure you write down the correct shipping address when you make an order on and be on the lookout for your parcel and keep your phone on.

How to use a coupon or bonus?

When you've chosen your items and are ready to checkout, you’ll first go to the Shopping Cart page.   Before submitting your order, you will get the options to choose bonus or verify coupon code if you have.  Please feel  free to contact with our customer service email online, if you encounter any problems when using your coupon.


Returns & Exchanges

Online Purchases:

Kharisma Styles anticipates that you will be very pleased with your merchandise.  If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached, when accompanied by an original Kharisma Styles receipt/invoice or gift receipt within 14 days from receipt of merchandise to be eligible for return or exchange. Send your package back to the returned address included on your invoice, we strongly suggest using an insured service, Kharisma Styles will not be held responsible for items lost in transit, so we strongly suggest insuring your package.  Unfortunately, Jewelry or Shea Butter products cannot be returned.  Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  Returned items must not be used or altered. We do not accept returns of personalized items, Final Sale or Clearance items.

Once we have received and inspected your returned or exchanged item, your credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You should receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.  Kharisma Styles reserves the right to deny any exchange or return that does not meet our requirements.  Any denied return or exchange will be sent back to the customer.

NOTE: Eligible merchandise purchased on PayPal may be returned to for a refund to the purchasing PayPal account only, no exchanges.
