Kharisma Styles anticipates that you will be very pleased with your merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original Kharisma Styles receipt/invoice or gift receipt within 14 days from receipt of merchandise to be eligible for return or exchange. Send you package back to the returned address included on your invoice, we strongly suggest using an insured service, Kharisma Styles will not be held responsible for items lost in transit, so we strongly suggest insuring your package. Unfortunately, Jewelry or Shea Butter products cannot be returned. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Returned items must not be used or altered. We do not accept returns of personalized items, Final Sale or Clearance items.
